COD Policy

At Vastravira, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for selected locations across India to provide a convenient shopping experience for our customers.

1. COD Availability

  • COD service is available only for eligible pin codes within India.
  • Availability of COD will be shown at checkout.

2. COD Charges

  • Additional COD handling charges may apply on certain orders.
  • Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

3. Order Verification

To ensure genuine orders:

  • Our team may contact customers via call, SMS, or WhatsApp for order confirmation.
  • Orders may be cancelled automatically if verification is unsuccessful.

4. Refusal of Delivery

Customers are requested not to place COD orders unless they genuinely intend to accept the delivery.

Vastravira reserves the right to:

  • Restrict or disable COD service for customers with repeated failed or rejected orders.
  • Cancel suspicious or bulk COD orders without prior notice.

5. Payment Instructions

  • Customers must make the full payment at the time of delivery.
  • Courier partners may accept:
    • Cash payment
    • UPI or digital payments (depending on courier availability)

6. Partial Payments

Partial payments are not accepted for COD orders.

7. Return & Refund for COD Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be processed only through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI transfer

Customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

8. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable after repeated attempts, the order may be cancelled and returned to us.
